The martial arts academy located at 11380 Westheimer Rd in Houston, Texas, serves students throughout the Westchase community. The training facility offers instructional programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, and self-defense for men, women, and youth practitioners. The grappling curriculum centers on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, teaching practitioners foundational ground positioning, leverage, joint submissions, and defensive escapes in both beginner and advanced class formats. Striking classes incorporate boxing and kickboxing drills with heavy bags and mitt combinations to develop cardiovascular endurance, body coordination, and striking power. Youth programs help young students build self-discipline, athletic confidence, and anti-bullying awareness in a structured setting. The academy offers flexible daytime, evening, and weekend scheduling options alongside private training lessons. Prospective practitioners can contact the gym to arrange an introductory class.
